You can reach the emerald island of Thasos by boat from Kavala.

By Plane Reaching Kavala

In order to reach Kavala by plane you may fly directly to Kavala’s international airport Megas Alexandros or reach the international airport of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and then drive to Kavala, a trip that will last for approximately 2 hours.

By Boat, Reaching Thasos

You may reach Thasos by boat from Keramoti port which is situated 10 minutes away from Kavala airport and sail to Limenas port, a journey that lasts approximately 35 minutes or take the boat from the port of Kavala to Prinos port, a journey that will last for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

By Car

If you wish to travel by car you need to take the highway towards the village of Potos. As soon as you reach Potos, continue straight and turn left at the sign that says Limenas port. Continue to drive for 5 km and you will see the hotel on your right hand side.
